The Wisconsin Healthy Communities Designation is pleased to announce our second cohort of designees.
The program is pleased to recognize several communities who are new to the program. Additionally, many communities from the inaugural cohort have applied for, and received, a renewal of their existing status. In recognition of outstanding work over the last three years, some of the renewing communities are being recognized at a higher tier.
